Wildfires Festival is taking place this year from 24th–27th July — a summer gathering of churches seeking God together. Wildfires is a three-day festival a place to encounter God in fresh and transformative ways.

We are seeing an increasing interest and hunger for the Bible in those who are exploring or new to faith and amongst the younger generations.  We want to be ready to respond to this by training followers of Jesus in a very simple Bible study method - the Discovery Bible Study (DBS).  If you are a follower of Jesus, you are baptised, and would be interested in learning how to do a DBS with someone exploring or new to faith, or a younger adult, this session is for you!

We will have coffee and pastries together and spend a short time learning how to lead a DBS session.

Coming along to this session doesn't mean that we will be able to link everybody up with someone through church, but it hopefully will help you feel equipped to lead a DBS in your own friendships, workplaces and contexts.  We want to increasingly grow in being CONFIDENT in the good news of Jesus!

This year we have our special guest speaker Jo Frost from the Evangelical Alliance coming to share with us in the morning meeting and an evening meeting with a whole afternoon of fun in the middle!
