Thy Kingdom Come

This year, Thy Kingdom come will be running from Thursday 21st of May until Sunday the 31st of May and we would love for you to get involved. Join the global wave of prayer, Thy Kingdom Come, calling all Christians to pray between Ascension and Pentecost for more people to come to know the love and peace of Jesus Christ.

As a church, we would love to commit to praying the Lord’s prayer together each and every day for these 10 days at 12pm noon.

We are also going to have three main Central connecting points to gather and pray together online:

  • Thursday 21st at 11am there will be an online prayer session specifically for families, with worship.

  • Thursday, the 28th May, the Youth will be having a Thy Kingdom Come-themed All:In at 7pm.

  • Friday the 29th, we will be having an evening of prayer and worship open to everybody in the church. (This evening meeting will be followed by the opportunity to engage in 36hours of continuous prayer.)

Details as to how you can access our Central prayer meetings via Zoom will be sent out via email, so be sure to check your inbox.

In the meantime, visit the Thy Kingdom Come website for a range of resources to engage with at home. There is also a Thy Kingdom Come app, which will be released soon.

On the last day of Thy Kingdom Come, Pentecost Sunday, there will be a city-wide prayer event, where different churches from across the city will be joining together to pray and worship together at 7.30pm.  Further details to follow.
