Lead a Hub
Do you have a heart to see more people be transformed by the power of the gospel and to grow in their relationship with Jesus, in the context of community? If so, we’d like to invite you to explore leading a Hub.
We're looking for leaders who are modelling a life of following Jesus and are passionate about leading a community in discipleship and growth. Hub Leading is best done from a place of belonging, so we ask new leaders to be part of an existing NCC Hub for at least one season before applying to be a Hub Leader, to have been coming along regularly on a Sunday for six months and to be part of a New Community Team. If you're new to leading, we will provide some training to help you on your way!
This is the process of becoming a Hub Leader:
Think about why, when, where, how, and who you could form a leadership core with you (we’d recommend a team of 3-6 people)
Complete the New Hub Leader Interest Form
Chat with Flora (who oversees our Hubs) - she will let you know the next steps
Confirm your Hub plans and details
Complete our Hub Leader Training and sign our Code of Conduct
